Two different people.
One very good team.
Bevin is creative and relentless. David is calm and thorough. Over 20 years in this business, we've learned to work with every kind of personality.
We'll treat you like family. That means we answer the phone, tell you straight, and see it through to closing day and beyond.
"I don't wait for the right home to appear. I go find the person who has it."
Bevin
The visionaryReal estate is in her blood. Bevin was born at UVA while her father was studying architecture, and she grew up watching drawings turn into buildings. She has lived in and around Charlottesville nearly her whole life, which means she doesn't have to look up a neighborhood to tell you what it's like at seven in the morning.
Creative, relational, endlessly resourceful. When the right house isn't on the market, Bevin goes and makes one exist: the off-market call, the neighbor who's been quietly thinking about it, the second look at a place you'd already written off.
She treats every client like family, and she means it literally enough that most of them are still in touch years later.
David
The steady handDavid served in the United States Marine Corps, and then spent more than 25 years in new home sales. He has stood in framed houses in every stage of construction, read more builder contracts than he can count, and watched what separates a smooth build from a hard one.
He educates rather than sells. He'll walk a crawlspace with you, translate what the inspection report actually means, and tell you plainly when a timeline sounds optimistic. Nobody has ever accused him of rushing a decision.
For first-time buyers, and for veterans who'd rather work with someone who has served, this is usually the reason they call.
"If you understand what you're signing, you'll sleep fine. That's the whole job."
More than real estate. It's a relationship.
